That’s the situation UTA Co-Founder Jeremy Zimmer is currently facing, and he is using the opportunity to try something unique: At age 68, he has launched a talk show on Twitch. Zimmer’s foray into Twitch is called  877unmplyd . That title corresponds to a phone number that viewers can call if they have career questions for Zimmer. Alongside co-host Rachel Braun, Zimmer is dispensing advice for the unemployed, drawing from his own career in the process. 877unmplyd reflects its co-host’s long tenure at UTA. While serving as the agency’s CEO between 2012 and 2025, Zimmer maintained UTA’s Hollywood roots while steering it into new territory. It brought YouTubers into publishing through Keywords Press, was an early adopter of creator podcasts, and embraced the next generation of digital stars through ZCON. All the while, UTA has continued to rep major influencers like Alix Earle and Keith Lee.
