Stephanie M. Williams, 39, served as principal of Harrison-Morton Middle School, but was placed on administrative leave following the Sept. 13 incident at Bucky Boyle Park at 10 Pump Place. Williams was using her accrued paid time off while the matter was under review, and she submitted her resignation on Wednesday, school district spokeswoman Melissa Reese said Thursday.
