Asmongold has accused Twitch of treating Black male streamers more harshly than other groups when enforcing bans, following the platform’s decision to unban Nina Lin. The comments were made during a Boxing Day stream, as Asmongold reacted to Twitch removing its suspension on Lin’s channel. The exact cause of Nina Lin’s most recent ban, her third in 2025, was not confirmed by Twitch, but is widely believed to be because she was accused of stealing from Target on stream.
