Athol man arrested in Oct. on child sexual exploitation charges indicted by federal grand jury

An Athol man arrested in October on child sexual exploitation charges remains in federal custody following his indictment Friday, Nov. 14 by a federal grand jury sitting in Worcester. Michael Indelicato, 41, was arrested Oct. 7 and charged with one count of sexual exploitation of a minor, aiding and abetting; one count of sexual exploitation of a minor; two counts of receipt of child pornography; and one count of possession of child pornography, according to a statement released by United States Attorney Leah B. Foley of the U.S. Department of Justice.
