The reported issues began shortly after 3 a.m. ET, according to Downdetector. Amazon Web Services’ status page first reported the issue at 3:11 a.m. ET. The page confirmed engineers were investigating the ongoing issue and had potentially identified the root cause as of 5 a.m. ET.
