By Newport This Week Staff | on April 14, 2022 The beauty of more than 1,200,000 daffodils welcomes visitors along the Cliff Walk and throughout the city each April. Newport’s Daffodil Days is an all-volunteer event in support of Newport in Bloom, a non-profit, organization that for 40 years has encouraged residents and businesses to beautify their gardens and public spaces with flowers. Daffodil Days offer many upcoming events including the favorite Driving Miss Daffodil on April 24, when decorated cars cruise along Ocean Drive, finishing at Fort Adams.
