Boxer, YouTube star Jake Paul buys ranch in south Georgia with earnings from Mike Tyson fight

DONALSONVILLE, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – Pro boxer and YouTube personality Jake Paul, using his earnings from his televised fight with Mike Tyson, recently purchased a sporting ranch in south Georgia. Paul bought the Southlands, a 5,600-acre ranch and quail plantation near Lake Seminole in Decatur County. “I’ve wanted to buy a ranch for the last 15 years,” Paul said on “The Iced Coffee Hour” podcast, as reported by Mansion Global. “It’s always been a dream of mine. I wanted a place where I can wake, hunt, and build a racetrack.” Mansion Global said Paul purchased the property for $39 million — $30 million of which came from his 2024 match with Tyson. The main lodge, which was remodeled, is 4,884 square feet and has eight bedrooms, five full bathrooms and one half bath. Lake Seminole is almost four hours south of Atlanta. Copyright 2025 WANF.
