Cardinals manager Oli Marmol was ejected from St. Louis’s game on Saturday, but he didn’t leave the field without giving the umpire an earful.After a questionable called strike on star third baseman Nolan Arenado from Cubs relief pitcher Daniel Palencia, Marmol voiced his displeasure with the call from home plate umpire Cory Blaser.The incident occurred in the top of the sixth inning on the first pitch of Arenado’s at-bat.
