Age 73 of Duluth Formerly of White Bear Passed away on January 19, 2021. Chuck is preceded in death by his parents, Gloria and Charles Bille Sr. He is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Carol (Nee: Danielson); children, Noël (Casey) Gjerde, Charles Evans, Carl Ethan (Shannon Lucey); grandchildren, Avyn, Amelia, Ahnaleze; siblings, Vickie (Ed) Good, Teri Olson, Marcia Block, Todd (Lenore).
