Discussion and First Reading of Draft Ordinance 26-007 allowing accessory structures in front yards, subject to limitations and compliance with front yard setback.  Discussion of draft Ordinance 26-011 to establish public roadway speed limits by Ordinance and reducing speed limits on certain roadways and/or sections of roadways.
