Coachella Fined Over $40K for Justin Bieber and Anyma Sets – Billboard

The festival was charged for going past the 1:00 a.m. curfew set by the city, where the festival has been held since 1999. On Friday night (April 17), Anyma’s midnight sent went on until 1:09 a.m., which cost the festival $24,000 in fines. And on Saturday (April 18), Justin Bieber’s headlining performance went over by two minutes, costing an additional $20,000.
