HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WMBF) – Authorities in Horry County say a man has been arrested after reported child sex crimes. The Horry County Sheriff’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force said on Thursday, 23-year-old Justin Martin was charged with five counts of sexual exploitation of a minor. Justin Martin (Horry County Sheriffs Office) Investigators say they received three tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about alleged criminal activity on the messenger platform Kik and Snapchat.
