Locust St. Loose Post DUBUQUE, Iowa — According to a Facebook post by Melissa Rios, there was a cow loose in the parking lot of a Dubuque Hy-Vee. Her post says this happened at the S. Locust St. store. The Hy-Vee posted more pictures of the cow on their Facebook saying “Yes the rumors are TRUE… our beef is THAT good!! Even ask the highland cattle that came by to try some last night.” Now word yet on how the cow was caught or where he was from.
