His reviews are enthusiastic, celebrate a wide variety of dishes and now live in a growing online collection he has titled “Diners, Drive-ins & DeSantis.” The name is indeed a riff on Guy Fieri’s Food Network phenomenon, “Diners Drive-Ins and Dives.” Don’t sweat any infringement, Gov. Ron DeSantis’ team recently told a local restaurant manager, “He (DeSantis) knows Guy, and Guy Fieri gave him his blessing to use the name.”
