Destin firefighters respond to apartment fire Saturday night – FOX10 News

DESTIN, Fla. (WALA) – Destin Fire Rescue posted on its Facebook page it responded to an apartment fire Saturday night. Here is the post: STRUCTURE FIRE Last night around 10 pm, Destin Fire units were called to Vinings Way, a large apartment complex for report of smoke and flames coming from an apartment. Engine 10 arrived on scene to find a room and contents fire. With quick actions of that crew, they were able to knock down the fire, containing it to the room of origin. No reported injuries to civilians or firefighters. Cause is under investigation, but appears to be a e-bike battery charging that started the fire.
