A Georgia couple is suing a doctor for allegedly posting photos of their child’s “decapitated” body on his social media, according to a lawsuit reviewed by PEOPLE. Jessica Ross and Trevon Isaiah Taylor, Sr. are filing a lawsuit against Dr. Jackson Gates, who they had hired for their dead infant’s autopsy on July 12. In the lawsuit, they accused the doctor of fraud, violating the couple’s privacy and “intentional infliction of emotional distress.” This is the second lawsuit by the couple who lost their child during his birth in July, following what another lawsuit claims was a “gross negligence” on the part of the delivery doctor, the nurses involved, as well as the facility where the birth took place, PEOPLE reported previously. In the August lawsuit reviewed by PEOPLE, the couple claimed their child had been “decapitated” during birth, and that Dr. Tracey St. Julian delivered “only the legs and the body” through a cesarean section, while his head was delivered vaginally.
