NEW YORK STATE POLICE Major Eugene J. Staniszewski Troop A Commander On April 10th, 2022, New York State Troopers arrested Nichole Beebe, 37, of Silver Creek, for Criminal Contempt 1st Degree and both Beebe and Jason McKeown, 44, of Grand Island, for Harassment 2nd Degree. The Troopers responded to an address in Dunkirk for a report of a domestic dispute. Investigation revealed that during an argument, Beebe and McKeown each struck each other, and that there was a refrain from order against Beebe with McKeown as the protected party. McKeown and Beebe were placed under arrest, processed at SP Fredonia, and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail.
