Tyheed Miller, 27, of Centerville, had been indicted on June 1 on one count of Endangering Children – sexual matter, and one count of Illegal Use of a Minor in Nudity-Oriented Material or Performance. He had been employed by Centerville Schools as a behavior technician. According to Montgomery County Prosecutor Mat Heck Jr.’s office, Centerville Police were called to a middle school in late April on a report that an employee shared content of a special-needs student “in a state of nudity” via Snapchat. The pre-teen, with diagnoses of both autism and Down syndrome, was allegedly pictured partially nude with his pants down in a stall. The investigation continued beyond the initial indictment. After receiving records from Snapchat, police discovered videos that allegedly involved two more children.
