They face 25 years in prison if convicted.Court documents detail an investigation into the Thomases that began Oct. 7. Snapchat, which allows users to send messages that are available for a short period of time, sent a tip to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that someone had uploaded child porn to the app, according to a criminal complaint.The North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation traced that message to Tracy Thomas, the complaint said.
