FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – A Fargo man is facing four counts of Gross Sexual Imposition after allegedly touching and kissing a 14-year-old girl in a school parking lot. Officers were called out to the parking lot of Lewis and Clark Elementary on June 25 around 11:18 p.m. for a report of a suspicious vehicle. According to court documents, 31-year-old Abdallah Al Gburi was in the car, shirtless, and the minor was pulling up her pants. Police reports show that Al Gburi met the minor on Snapchat on June 21 and had been talking over the phone and through Snapchat video calls. The minor told an officer in a conversation away from Al Gburi that she had let him know that she was 14 years old multiple times through Snapchat. Court documents show that the two had met a few times before and that they usually talked and would make out, but no sex ever took place. Police reports do show that the minor told police that touching and grabbing did take place inside the vehicle.
