FIR filed against a Twitter user for his fake tweet against filmmaker Ashoke Pandit – deets inside

On October 9, an FIR was filed at the Juhu police station against a Twitter user in the name of Dr Nimo Yadav whose twitter handle is @NiravModi, for spreading fake news about Ashoke Pandit. This user often has some really nasty things to say about many celebrities. But recently, his tweet left filmmaker Ashoke Pandit’s friends and family worried. He had spread false news about his health while Pandit was quite healthy.At that point itself, directorHansal Mehta had replied to his tweet and said, “You might have your disagreements with him. Ignore him. But stop this fucking rumour mongering. Reporting you for fake news.Ashok Pandit is hale and hearty. To spread such nastiness about anybody’s health even if it is your worst foe is vile.”Now an FIR has been filed against him at the Juhu Police station. Pandit made an appeal to the CM Eknath Shinder, and Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis against this user and the Police Commissioner to file an FIR against him.
