Kristen Fisher should be able to focus on grieving her husband Skip, but instead she has to focus on a lawsuit against the people she paid to help care for her husband at the end of his life. According to authorities, a former employee at the memory care facility where Skip Fisher was receiving treatment allegedly took nude videos of him and posted them to social media. That former worker has now been arrested and charged with multiple felonies in the case. “Families are promised dignity and trust, but obviously in situations like this they got anything but,” said Fisher’s attorney, Margaret Battersby Black. “So it’s a double betrayal.” 25-year-old Madison Russo worked at Encore Memory Care Center in South Barrington where Skip was under her care. During that time, Russo allegedly videotaped him while he was naked in bed. Skip was battling Parkinsons. He was non-verbal and unable to speak up. Russo pleaded not guilty to multiple charges in a criminal court appearance Tuesday. Russo is also accused of videotaping two other residents at Encore. One resident was allegedly naked in the shower, and the other was wearing nothing but socks on the toilet. Russo then shared these videos
