KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – The South Carolina swimming and diving program wrapped up day five of the 2026 SEC Championships on Friday night inside the Allen Jones Aquatic Center. DAY FIVE Highlighting the Gamecocks performance was Pierre Largeron, who finished sixth overall with a personal best time of 4:11.88. To open the evening session, Delaney Franklin (2:10.34) and Molly Yacoviello ( 2:11.66) finished 12th and 20th, respectively, in the 200 breaststroke finals. On the men’s side, Einar Agustsson (1:53.31) and Harvey Freeman (1:55.31) placed 12th and 15th, respectively. Dylan Scholes picked up a 12th-place finish, recording a time of 22.17. In the women’s 500 freestyle, Breckin Gormley led the way, taking home 10th with a time of 4:39.72. Emma Reiser (4:41.36 / 12th) and Nora Fluck (4:45.09 / 16th) rounded out the consolation final for the Gamecocks. The 200 freestyle relay team of Kara West, Dylan Scholes, Taylor Grimley and Amy Riordan recorded a time of 1:29.45, finishing The men’s relay team of Bexon Harrison, Eldor Usmonov, Ryan Hufford and Quinn Buck finished ninth with a time of 1:18.72.
