But how much overlap is there between those regions? That’s the question Streams Charts sought to answer with its latest data drop. The analytics dashboard operates a tool called Audience Geo & Demographics, which breaks down watch time across Twitch, YouTube Gaming, and Kick. Streams Charts breaks down that traffic across national borders to determine the percentage of viewers hailing from each country. After crunching the numbers its Audience Geo tool spit out over 30 days, Streams Charts determined demographic oddities that apply to each of the major video game streaming services. Twitch, for example, has a higher percentage of U.S.-based users compared to its contemporaries. 28% of the Twitch audience comes from U.S. devices, compared to 15% on Kick and 14% on YouTube Gaming.
