State police say the student, who attends Wendover Middle School in the Hempfield School District, threatened to bring a gun and shoot other students on Wednesday. The student also said he would bring a bomb to school.Guns were found in the student’s home but were not in his possession. According to police, they found no explosive devices and no evidence that the student “was actually engaged in any such explosives-related activity. ” The student was arrested without incident. Pennsylvania State Police said students who make threats to schools face arrest as well as possible school disciplinary action.
