Your kindness and care did not go unnoticed. SLUGS: To Nelson Hydro for continuing to raise rural basic surcharge electrical rates. Taghum is closer to the generator than Nelson. HUGS: A great big hug, because I know you’re going to need it, to all the self-entitled people and their dogs who think the Kokanee provincial campground is a dog park.
