A panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit has vacated an earlier decision blocking a Christian pastor who advocates for gay conversion therapy from suing Vimeo over its decision to delete his account, in a case that tests the scope of immunity afforded to interactive computer service providers that police content posted on their platforms.
