But thanks to a narrow 4-3 home-ice win on Sunday night, the Jets have now beaten the perennial Provincial Junior Hockey League powerhouse Napanee Raiders twice in a row, evening their head-to-head series at 2-2 and marking the first time they have beaten Napanee more than once in a season since 2014-15, when they went 3-5. The last time Amherstview won two consecutive regular season games against the Raiders was in 2013-14. The Jets actually beat the Raiders three times in a row in that campaign, but that was it for the season as Napanee won the other five contests.
