Local radio DJ charged with possession of child pornography, drugs – WBAY

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – A DJ for KISS FM is facing charges related to drugs and possession of child pornography. Daniel Lieburn, whose radio name is Dan Brown, is charged with possession of child pornography, possess illegally obtained prescription, possession of controlled substances, and possession of drug paraphernalia. The criminal complaint filed Wednesday said a cyber tip led Brown County investigators to a Snapchat account allegedly associated with Lieburn. Investigators subpoenaed ISP records, then executed a search warrant at a home where Lieburn lived. The criminal complaint said Lieburn acknowledged the Snapchat account was his and indicated he remembered obtaining the video online and sending it to an unknown person. During the search, investigators found multiple different prescription and illegal drugs Lieburn’s bedroom, according to the complaint. Some of the prescription labels were for other people, not Lieburn. Lieburn will make his initial court appearance at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Brown County. Copyright 2026 WBAY. All rights reserved.
