Married teacher accused of sexual battery of teen football player, mother slams suspect

A private school teacher and married mother of two in South Carolina is accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a teen football player. Reagan Anderson, 27, was arrested on Nov. 15 and charged with two counts of felony sexual battery with a child 17 years of age. In South Carolina, the charges are punishable with up to five years in prison.Anderson was released on a $2,500 bond, but a judge ordered Anderson to wear a GPS monitor and not have contact with the victim or the victim’s family. Anderson was a teacher at the Holly Hill Academy — a private Christian prep school roughly 60 miles northwest of Charleston, South Carolina. According to the arrest warrant, the sexual assaults took place at a residence on Oct. 22 and at a Pizza Hut parking lot on Oct. 28.
