(KXII) – Alexander Ybarra, 60, was arrested this week, after being accused of trying to get his 13-year-old neighbor to come to his home and watch porn with him. (kxii) An affidavit states Ybarra was sending the girl messages on Snapchat. It says the girl reported the messages to a family member, leading to his arrest. Deputies seized Ybarra’s phone and took him into custody. He is charged with enticing a child into a secluded place. His bond is set at $50,000 and he’s been ordered to stay away from the girl.
