Dolly is accused of using the social media application Snapchat to share child sexual abuse materials, authorities said.(Canva for NJ.com) Authorities have charged a Cumberland County man with sharing child sexual abuse material online and animal cruelty. Acting on a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, the Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office arrested Robert W. Dolly, 32, of Millville, on June 12. An attorney for Dolly did not immediately respond to a request for comment on Friday. Dolly is accused of using the social media application Snapchat to share the abuse materials, the prosecutor’s office said. He is charged with second-degree endangering the welfare of a child and distributing child sexual abuse material; second-degree endangering the welfare of a child and possession of child sexual abuse material (more than 1,000 items) and fourth-degree animal cruelty (sexual contact with an animal). Dolly is also charged with third-degree hindering and fourth-degree counts of tampering and obstruction. He was ordered jailed while he awaits trial on the charges, according to court records.
