On June 6, state troopers from the Dunmore barracks spoke with a Covington Twp. juvenile who disclosed to her mother and therapist that she had engaged in cyber sex with an adult over the last several weeks. She told investigators she accepted a friend request from a male adult who subsequently sent her a photo of him groping himself. The juvenile sent pictures back to the adult that depicted her in underwear. According to the criminal complaint: The man, later identified as Narendra Bisesar, 34, then asked the juvenile if she could call him via Snapchat, which she did. The two then engaged in a series of video calls during which both sent explicit images of themselves. Bisesar, of Lindenhurst, Long Island, never asked the 15-year-old her age, but she did tell him she was a freshman in high school.
