WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, NJ – A Secaucus man was charged this week after authorities found he was paying a 15-year-old for explicit photos and videos via social media, the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office said.Julian A. Suarez, 21, was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child as a result of an investigation led by the Washington Township Police Department in Warren County, police said. The charges stem from a tip that a child was receiving payments in exchange for sending the explicit photos, police said. Though she told “Jay” she was 15 years old, she told police, the man still sent her a total $240 in payments.
