Virginia won two of three doubles courts to take the doubles point and then jumped out to an early advantage in singles by taking all six first sets. Sophomore Keegan Rice put the Hoos up 2-0 with a win on court two. Sophomore Stiles Brockett added a victory on court five before freshman Andres Santamarta Roig clinched the victory with a 6-4, 6-2 win on court three.
