1 / 1 Govt launches WhatsApp boat module number 7030930344 to enable people to interact with CM Now one can write directly to the Chief Minister. Taking a step ahead in e-governance, the state government has launched many initiatives, including a WhatsApp number, on which people can directly write to the Chief Minister or give suggestions. The CMO WhatsApp boat module number is 7030930344. A visitors’ management system has also been launched through which the CMO will monitor complaints of people who visit the CM’s office and follow it up through the module. An urban grievance redressal monitoring system (UGRMS) has been developed which has been connected with all eight municipal corporations in the state. Offline and online monitoring of people’s complaints will be done directly through the CM Dashboard through the system. This will promote ease of living. A government release said people can also meet the CM and ministers directly, without any appointment on Mondays and Tuesdays. This will help bring transparency and help address issues quickly.
