Omen Windows will have various difficulty tiers. Completing these encounters rewards general loot, as well as corrupted items, and the new Rune of Corruption and Timeglass Fragments. Greater Omen Windows – Encounter Greater Omen Windows in the final Echo of an Omen Window Echo Chain. In a Greater Omen Window Echo, instead of taking place within a small circle in your map, the entire Echo is the Omen encounter.
