February 26, 2022 21:15 Follow @PortlandPolice A male is deceased after a shooting in the Lloyd District Neighborhood. On Saturday, February 26, 2022 at 7:12p.m., North Precinct officers were dispatched to a report of a shooting in a parking garage in the 1000 block of Northeast 2nd Avenue. When officers arrived they found a male victim deceased. No suspect information is being released and no arrests have been made. Portland Police Bureau Homicide Unit Detectives responded to investigate. During the investigation, Northeast 2nd Avenue is closed between Northeast Multnomah Street and Northeast Holladay Street.
