Christopher Brown is on the Sex Offenders’ Register and subject to a five-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) which comes with various social media rules. His previous crimes have included exchanging explicit pictures with a 13-year-old boy, causing a boy to engage in sexual activity, and having indecent photos of a child. But the 33-year-old, of Bircham Walk, Westbury Park, has now pleaded guilty to three counts of breaching his SHPO after deleting Snapchat and Facebook messages three times over a 13-month period. Scott Ashdown, mitigating, has now managed to keep Brown out of prison.
