CORNING, N.Y. — Two men faced charges for allegedly exploiting a 15-year-old girl from Steuben County online. State police said William Kibler of Corning exchanged sexually explicit images and videos with the girl on Instagram and Snapchat. Jacob Hanes of California was also involved, officials said.
