Private country club in Pennsylvania plans renovation of course, clubhouse – Yahoo Sports

Carlisle Country Club, dating back to 1924 in central Pennsylvania, has retained Fry Straka Global Golf Course Design to consult on upcoming renovations to its golf course. It’s part of a multi-million-dollar master plan that will include a comprehensive renovation of the clubhouse, which is in a barn that dates back more than 100 years. The first step in the renovation to the private course will be retrofitting an antiquated irrigation system. More enhancements can be expected after that as part of a long-range plan.
