You can do this in many ways, either by using stock photos, photoshop, drawing one yourself or hiring someone to make one for you. Whatever the image is, try to make it as eye-catching and relatable to your fic as possible. 2. When you post about your fic, use that image. Under it, paste the first few paragraphs of your fic, then link to your fic at the end, with the link saying something like: “Read the rest of it here!” This both catches the attention of readers by the image, and gives them a small sample of your writing to see if they’re interested, then routes them to your fanfiction, which drives up your numbers. 3. Don’t just post your fic over and over, that’s spam. This only works if you also partake in the fandom community by reblogging other things and interacting with other fanfiction writers/readers. Reblog fandom art, cute or funny quips, other people’s fics, etc. 4. Do what I’ve listed above *every* time you post a new chapter. 5. As for tags, see what popular blogs in your fandom are using…
