A video that briefly appeared on Snapchat cost Armand Tatum his job as football coach at Western Hills High School, something Hamilton County’s top prosecutor calls inexplicable.”This coach deserves a huge apology,” Joe Deters said.Deters said the video runs about five seconds and involves members of West High’s football team. At one point in the video, Deters said a boy’s pants are pulled down during what he calls a tussle.”They didn’t hurt the kid that we’re aware of. They embarrassed the (expletive) out of him.
