Quick Hits on the Titans from Wednesday of Eagles Week

NASHVILLE – The Titans returned to the practice field on Wednesday at Vanderbilt Health Football Center to continue preparations for Sunday’s game vs the Philadelphia Eagles. Here’s a look at today’s developments: -Titans linebacker Cedric Gray was back on the practice field today. Gray, who missed the season opener, remains in the concussion protocol but he is edging closer to returning. Coach Robert Saleh, in fact, sounded optimistic about Gray’s chances moving forward when talking to reporters before practice. “He hasn’t officially cleared the concussion protocol,” Saleh said of Gray, “but we are hopeful to get him back by the end of the week. He has to practice through pads, so we’ll see how he goes through that.” The Titans are slated to practice in pads on Thursday. Gray was listed as a full participant in today’s session.
