Advertisement This advertisement has not loaded yet, but your article continues below. “While we can’t confirm all of these collisions were a result of icy road conditions, it appears the majority of them are,” said a Regina Police Service news released issues late in the afternoon. In addition to the 10 collisions on Ring Road, police responded to several other incidents where they just happened to be in the area and noticed a vehicle in the ditch, the release said. Police urged motorists to avoid using Ring Road, if at all possible, describing it as “extremely icy” and “very dangerous,” in an earlier news release.
