Privacy Notice Rogers Youth Pastor arrested after sending nude images to minor Rogers Police arrested 31-year-old Kevin Madden on Friday after he allegedly sent pictures of his private parts to an underage girl, and asked two underaged girls to send him naked pictures in return.According to the police report, Madden had been sending nude photos over snapchat to a 17-year-old girl since she was 16. Police said Madden also targeted a 15-year-old, sending her a text that read “my wife is asleep and she won’t put out do you want to help me”.Madden was fired from his role as a Youth Pastor at Discover Church in Rogers after the Pastor learned about the sexual indecency allegations. Madden is facing charges of Engaging Children in Sexually Explicit Content for Visual or Print Medium and two counts of Sexual Indecency of a Minor.
