According to court documents, on May 5, agents with Adult Probation and Parole (AP&P) brought Elkins in for an interview about a potential parole violation. The agents had received a cyber tip about Elkins allegedly sexually exploiting a 16-year-old girl through social media, including having video calls with her while she was in the shower.
