Just days before the annual holiday,  The Real Housewives of Orange County mom took to Instagram to provide a quick update on Stella Beador, her 20-year-old daughter who has been studying in Paris for nearly two years.  Shannon informed fans she recently visited Stella in the City of Lights and was blown away by the experience. “What an incredible trip to Paris seeing the city through the eyes of my daughter!” she captioned a May 8 Instagram. “I felt like I was in a fairy tale!
