Representative Kenoto introduced Rabbi Stein as the president and CEO of the Friendship Circle of Wisconsin and as someone dedicated to the well-being of all people, regardless of background or faith. In his remarks, Rabbi Stein commemorated the lives lost on 9/11 and prayed for the nation’s strength, resilience, and healing. He offered a blessing to the members of the State Assembly, noting their role in fulfilling the sheva mitzvos by establishing just laws. Quoting the Rebbe, he shared that “difference need not lead to division” and that true unity comes from bringing different forces together.
