The South Coast United Marlins don’t even have a clubhouse. Their players travel from as far away as Eden, Moruya and Tathra to train every Wednesday in Narooma. They are a young club, formed only three years ago. And last weekend it scored the trifecta. The club’s girls under 13s, 15s and 17s teams all won their grand finals in the Canberra Region Rugby League competition. Pictures supplied The under 17 girls came out on top against the Belconnen United Sharks at Seiffert Oval last Saturday, 30 to 4. And then on Sunday at Seiffert, the Marlins’ under 13 girls beat the Goulburn Stockmen 14 to 8 while their under 15 girls beat the West Belconnen Warriors 24 to 4.
